Why was eRPé created?
It was not born
from an idea.
It took shape through years of working closely with Hungarian manufacturing companies.
Every module is backed by daily operations, real problems and genuine user feedback.

The real cost of unreliable data
A spreadsheet can look perfectly organised while its figures no longer reflect the same reality.
The first case is real and anonymised; the remaining examples illustrate typical situations in manufacturing companies.
A single incorrect formula produced two completely different results.
A real case from the daily operations of a manufacturing company. The data has been anonymised. No one could say with certainty which record reflected the actual situation.
The two documents were created from two separate sets of records.
The same information was maintained in parallel without a single source of truth.
We do not promise that you will simply work faster.
We promise that you will finally know which data you can trust.
Not off-the-shelf software
This is not development from scratch. We begin with proven modules from a system foundation tested in manufacturing, then tailor every workflow to the actual operating needs of your company.
You do not have to navigate a maze of settings to find the least unsuitable option. The system follows the way your company operates.
You can start with one clearly defined area and expand gradually based on real experience.
The same system and data are available from the office, the production site or the field.

Automatic notifications
There is no need to monitor everything continuously. Based on deadlines, status changes and business rules, eRPé alerts the right person when a task, decision or approaching deadline requires attention.
The system monitors events and deadlines, then automatically reminds the relevant people.
Only the relevant colleague or manager receives the notification.
You can define what triggers a notification, when it is sent and who receives it.
Modular architecture
Customers, quotations, follow-ups and history.
Tasks, owners, deadlines and costs.
Production support, procurement and status tracking.
Product master data, locations, movements and stock levels.
Costs, documents, servicing and deadlines.
Matrices, qualifications, training and occupational safety.
Custom KPIs, charts, exports and audit logs.
The system is not a closed list of features. New modules, integrations and automations can be developed for unique business processes.
eRPé AI · in natural language
The eRPé AI assistant understands tasks in natural language and uses the business data in the system to help create the requested result.
“Create a new quotation based on M153-24 and add 10% to the prices.”
“Create a report from last week’s quotations and orders.”
The assistant can be used through the built-in eRPé interface or with the ChatGPT desktop client installed on your computer.
In operation

On every screen
The full functionality of eRPé is available on desktop, tablet and mobile. There is no separate database and no reduced mobile version.
Colleagues on site see the same data as those in the office.
Partners · a proven system foundation
The name “eRPé” was given by ADA-ALUMÍNIUM KFT. to its own system. At another company, the same proven foundation can be tailored to its processes and introduced under its own name.
The name of the company’s integrated system tailored to its own processes.

The name of the system tailored to Flexmont’s operations.

Built around the company’s specific operations without a separate product name.
Tailored implementation
The scope and structure of the implementation are shaped by your processes, selected modules, integrations and data migration. After the initial discovery, we provide a clear schedule and an itemised proposal.
We review your data sources, recurring tasks and bottlenecks, then identify the first area that can deliver tangible value.
Quotations, project work, production or inventory can be introduced first; the system can then expand based on real experience.
Before the project begins, we clearly set out the scope, selected modules, integrations, data migration and support.
Flexible deployment options
Show us how your company operates today and we will prepare a tailored implementation plan and proposal.

Implementation begins not with installing a new system, but with understanding your current operations and existing data.
That is exactly why every implementation begins with a review of the data.
In most cases, the issue is not created by the new system; it becomes visible in the old records. This is not a problem: one of the greatest benefits of implementation is identifying these discrepancies in time.
Most spreadsheets do work. The real question is whether every figure is correct.
An incorrect formula, an accidentally overwritten cell or the wrong file version can remain unnoticed for months. In eRPé, every figure comes from the same shared source.
The return on investment varies by company and by the modules implemented.
In many cases, the greatest saving comes not from working faster, but from eliminating poor decisions caused by incorrect or conflicting data.
Avoiding a single incorrect management figure, missed follow-up or inaccurate inventory record can recover a significant share of the implementation cost.
Nothing is discarded automatically.
We import, verify and clean the required data before it enters the system.
That is exactly why the system is modular. You do not have to implement everything at once.
New operating areas can be added later, and if the required module does not yet exist, we will develop it around the company’s processes.
Next step
In a short consultation, we will identify the best operational area to start with and show how the system can expand later.
